He then went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Morgan State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2020. Following his graduation from Morgan State, Arsene matriculated at The University of Texas at Austin for his graduate studies. He completed his Master of Music in Trombone Performance in the Fall of 2022 and subsequently pursued his Doctor of Musical Arts in Trombone Performance the following semester. While completing these two post-baccalaureate degrees, he was a member of the top ensembles at UT, including the Wind Ensemble under the direction of Jerry Junkin and the Trombone Choir, which won the 2023 ITA Emory Remington Trombone Choir Competition under the direction of Dr. Nathaniel Brickens.
